chilliedog2918 how did you manage that?...now if you are in a live chat yeah i can see that but on the phone...nope not a chance..now i see walmart carryin dell computers ...not much differnt on the prices still... i rather go throughthere website and buy it that way,because u get to choose on how u want it..
SoftSounds I have 3 HP Pavillions and every time I needed some help or specially ordering parts, I alaways got an english speaking rep.
chilliedog2918 I beg to differ,Hp does not have real good tex support..1. there tex support is ran by pakastan people 2. u cant harely understand them . it would be nice to have at least some of Us americans to talk to for there support ...but i dont think that will ever happen .......At least anytime soon :cry:
SoftSounds Tech support even actually Dell and Hewlett Packard has the best tech support.
chilliedog2918 walmart is released a contract to dell to sell there products ....well since dell computer is used in banks,police stations,and goverment offices i guess its a good thing that dell has a great tex support
