Dave , Could you please change the rules on Avatar pitcures ...i want to put a picture on my profile but its too big and its not 80 pixels wide and 80 pixels high ...so could u please chang this issue please ....

You can now have an avatar up to 100x100. That's big enough for an avatar. If your picture is larger than that you'll need to resize it.
