we're using a satellite broadband here...so far
there's no disruptions with the streams and
i think its improving now...well yes i mean
the playlists that i heard its kinda new to my
ears. Sir Dave, how about a 128 kbps +AAC?
would it be possible?
i think i have to dump
my Ipod for a while...LOLI had been using a wireless router which has proven to be very unreliable. I now have the streaming computer connected to the wired LAN ports of that router. Now the station is not dumped off the the air when the wireless transmitter gets flaky.
About three months ago I changed the category rotatations somewhat, but other than that nothing has changed. I think the songs are rotating better through different parts of the day. You may actually be hearing songs that somehow never got played during certain hours.
128k aacPlus would provide no benefits over 128k mp3. aacPlus really shines at lower bit rates.
